Star Trek Starfleet Academy is a Starship simulation game released by Interplay in 1994. The game allows you to control starships directly from the bridge and all of the action takes place on the viewscreen. One can access various different departments on one's starship, and use them to better complete missions. The primary focus of the game is completing one's scholastic career at Starfleet Academy. One has to complete various missions in order to progress though the course material. One can also engage in recreations of famous Star Trek battles, such as the Romulan mission seen during Balance of Terror.
