Cancer rates in Latin America and the Caribbean are lower than in Europe and the US, however, almost twice as many are likely to die from their disease. Al Jazeera's Gabriel Elizondo reports from Sao Paulo, a city with one of the best cancer centers in the region, but it's an exception not the rule.
