The world famous Van Gogh museum has been closed for the past seven months, but now people can see his work on display once more.
Extensive refurbishment work has now been completed and the museum is welcoming crowds of admirers back through its doors to look at the paintings of a man who never enjoyed success during his lifetime.
From painting peasant families to the yellow house he once lived in and his bedroom, Vincent Van Gogh's work can sometimes chart the fluctuations between his inner turmoil and self-confidence.
