Sweet Mango Pudding Recipe by Annuradha Toshniwal - Vegetarian [HD]
INGREDIENTS-
1 tin (200 ml.) condensed milk
1 tin measure milk
1 tin measure yogurt
ring mould greased with butter
METHOD-
- Prepare the steaming vessel
- Mix together condensed milk, milk and yogurt till well blended
- Pour into the ring mould. Place it in the steaming vessel. Cover and cook till firm. (20-30 min)
- Let cool completely and drain off the excess water.
- Unmould onto a serving dish.
- Surround with the mango pieces, pulp. Serve cold.
