Federal authorities say there was no ricin attack at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Southeast Washington. Earlier Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) he had said there was another "alleged ricin incident" at Bolling AFB on Tuesday. He did not offer further details.
