Prof Dr N N Murthy, Internationally reputed Quality, Environment Expert, Scholar, Human Rights activist, Limca Record Holder, speaks on Children's Day & Importance on November 14, 2009 at Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board, Nagpur Region. Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board is a Govt body to look after welfare of labour in the state.
