One of the main challenges facing Afghanistan's army is the withdrawal of foreign forces from the country. The Afghan Army says it carries out 70% of the operations out of this base on its own now. and when coalition forces eventually pull-out from the province, in two to three months, they'll leave behind them just two or three small advisory teams. NATO commanders are finding it difficult to get the Afghans to create an efficient system to keep the military well supplied. Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports from Nimroz province.
