A 2 vehicle accident at the corner of High and York streets around 1:40pm . One of the cars only came to a stop a block away at York and Pine . Moncton Fire Dept and NB Ambulance responded and a woman was taken to hospital. Firefighters spread absorbal on the pavement for the fluids that leaked from one of the vehicles. Airbags were deployed. Codiac RCMP were on scene directing traffic , while waiting for 2 tow trucks. It was raining lightly at the time of the accident and roads were wet from a heavy rain earlier. Intersection was tied up for over a half hour.
