The latest report on the mental state of Norwegian killer Anders Behring Breivik has concluded he was sane at the time of his attacks last July.

An earlier assessment concluded he is a psychotic who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia. Breivik denies he suffers from mental illness and says he wants the killings to be seen a political act.
