Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi while addressing a mammoth election rally in Moradabad asked the Muslims what did they get from Mulayam Singh Yadav in the past 22 years. The scholarship sent as per the recommendation of Sachar Commission did not reach the people, said Rahul Gandhi. The money was eaten up by the elephant in Lucknow. Rahul Gandhi has been leading the campaigning in Uttar Pradesh for Congress.
