Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi while addressing a mammoth election rally in Moradabad said that Mulayam Singh Yadav makes only promises but will never do anything after the elections. He also questioned the stance of Mulayam Singh Yadav on the issue of reservation for the backward Muslims. Rahul Gandhi has been leading the campaigning in Uttar Pradesh for Congress.
