NOTHING BUT OPEN AND UPFRONT!!! They have an open bay policy, which means they will take you back to your car and show you everything they think could use help. The gentleman I had the pleasure of working with was Mace and let me tell you, he was nothing but open and upfront every step of the way.

HERE WITHIN MINUTES!!!! They fixed the car the same day and it was running better than it had in years. And to top everything else off, they called to tell me that my car was ready to go. When I explained that I was having trouble getting a taxi in my new neighborhood, Mace offered to drive over and pick me up. He was here within minutes and was very kind and helpful the whole way back to the shop.

GREAT STAFF!!! Great staff!! Thanks again for all your hard work and making it easy for us! We'll be back, as they say in the movies!
