SHOW YOU EVERYTHING !!! They have an open bay policy, which means they will take you back to your car and show you everything they think could use help. The gentleman I had the pleasure of working with was Mace and let me tell you, he was nothing but open and upfront every step of the way.

DO IT Showed me each problem, broke down pricing I've got a 2000 Protege with 170000 miles on it. I've had the brakes done 2 times in that 10 years and I had started hearing the infamous grinding sound this time around, so I knew my brakes were bad. The total to do it right was $600, the total to make it safe and get the brakes working was $300. I chose the latter option as I'm just trying to squeeze another year out of the car.
