THEY WERE FAIR AND THAT'S ALL I EXPECT!!!! Every option was explained, each defective part was shown to me and the issues were explained in detail. They told me they understood my situation and would do some or all of the work depending on my wishes for each issue they felt should be addressed. I ended up going for about half of the work they suggested and there was no beef whatsoever on their end about that. They understood where I was coming from. I thought they were fair and that's all I expect.

UPFRONT !!! They have an open bay policy, which means they will take you back to your car and show you everything they think could use help. The gentleman I had the pleasure of working with was Mace and let me tell you, he was nothing but open and upfront every step of the way.
