Prime Minister Olmert and President Bush are due to discuss ways of bolstering the rule of Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas during their Tuesday meeting. Olmert had already announced Israel's intention of releasing frozen funds to the newly-formed Palestinian cabinet under Abbas, which he sees as a negotiating partner. 06/19/07
