Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is campaigning in Uttar Pradesh. The Central Government sends huge amount to Uttar Pradesh but state government is not using them properly said Rahul Gandhi. He was campaigning for the Uttar Pradesh polls. There was a time when the Uttar Pradesh was a model for the entire country. But now the situations are changed. U.P. was a model for the Nation in the fields of roads, electricity, health, education etc, said Rahul Gandhi. But for the past fifteen years, the situation changed. Different political parties tried to divide the state in the name of caste and religion and no developments took place because of the divisive policies said Rahul Gandhi.
