Man this was one of the best things that happened to me in a while. I made 1 account on the link and I wrote down below what i did, i played until i reached level five. I had to go away then, I turned the PC off because of this. When i logged in again I received over 6k RP and IP !! My bro that lives in france tried it on the EU server too, and it still works there! its a bug that sends a special code to the Riot server making it think that you are an admin and it gives you admin privileges, and so you get alot of RP in return!!!
once you get the RP you can use it to get some xp boost to reach level 30 fast!

So here is the instruction:

2,) Play, until you reach level 5 or more,sometimes its lvl 10 (according to my Bro).
3.) Shut down your PC
4.) Relogg
5.) Buy all the champions or what you want!! :)
