This can also be done on a basic clip bar in your own home. You want to start with your arms about shoulder width apart, shoulders down and head in neutral position, thumbs around the bar, arms about shoulder width apart, sucking your belly in and keeping your back straight. And what you want to do is lift your legs as high as you can and then slowly control it down. I will do a couple more. And those are leg lifts, and they work out your abs your clads , your shoulders, your forearms, all upper body and abdominal as well as legs, so it is an entire body workout.
