Mamma Mia! actress Amanda Seyfried reckons a sequel to the box office smash hit is unlikely.
"I don't think it's going to happen," the 24-year-old actress said.
The musical was adapted from the hit stage show based on Abba's greatest hits, and was the runaway movie success of 2008. It was filmed on the small Greek island of Skopelos. Seyfried starred as bride-to-be Sophie Sheridan, daughter of Donna, played by Meryl Streep.
When quizzed about the chances of a second film at the gala screening in London of her new movie Dear John, Amanda said: "They tell me no,
"I feel like I started the rumours, someone told me, and I was like alright I guess I started it as no one will take the blame for it.
"I didn't want it to happen, but I did because I wanted to be on the island again and work with everybody and get back to that because it was the begining of a lot of things for me but you know, I think that's a fairytale."
