2026 నూతన సంవత్సరం సందర్భంగా విజయవాడ కనకదుర్గమ్మ (Kanaka Durga Temple) ఆలయంలో భక్తుల రద్దీ విపరీతంగా పెరిగింది. ఉదయం నుండే వేలాది మంది భక్తులు అమ్మవారిని దర్శించుకోవడానికి క్యూలైన్లలో వేచి ఉన్నారు. ఆలయ అధికారులు సామాన్య భక్తులకు ఇబ్బంది కలగకుండా కొత్త ప్రసాద వితరణ విధానాన్ని (టికెట్ స్కాన్ చేయగానే లడ్డు) అమలు చేస్తున్నారు.
