The exercises in this #abs circuit are designed to target all 3 regions (upper abs, lower abs & obliques) efficiently and effectively. Do one exercise after the other with 30 seconds rest in between each exercise. Once you've completed 1 round of all the exercises, take a 1-2 minute break and then repeat the circuit 2 more times.
