Mark Dunford is joined by Sussex sport guru Steve Bone and Littlehampton Town joint boss Mitch Hand. Mitch is well-known as one of the management duo - alongside George Gaskin - who led the Marigolds to Wembley for the 2022 FA Vase final, a truly memorable day for the club, their fans and the whole town.

Mitch spent roughly 99% of his playing career with Littlehampton before taking on the management role but also turned out for Wick, Worthing Utd, Hastings and Shoreham.
