The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Tuesday, Aug. 13 said the southwest monsoon, locally known as “habagat,” is expected to continue to influence the weather conditions across Luzon and the western parts of Visayas.
