There seems to be nobody around to stop the angry mob from getting their way.
While the fire captured in this footage appears to be a big deal—and it was—it wasn't the most disturbing occurrence stemming from the disorder. In fact, an entire bus was set on fire.
It was certainly a night that people in Leeds will never be able to forget.
