Footage shows water spilling across Nowell Mount, Harehills, after a pipe burst on Friday - and residents say it’s an accident waiting to happen.

Yorkshire Water say inspections have been carried out and the pipe is due to be fixed today (December 8). But Donna, who chairs Nowell Community Group, said the pool of water turned to ice overnight - posing a safety risk for local children, residents and drivers passing the road.
