Over 200 Palestinian refugees from Gaza have been given apartments in a newly built neighborhood of Grozny, the capital of Russia’s Muslim-majority Chechen Republic, regional governor Ramzan Kadyrov has announced.

However, some Russian military bloggers criticize this move, claiming that around 1,500 families in border settlements with Ukraine have been unable to obtain relocation certificates for over two years despite constant shelling.
