Hunter Biden faces a maximum 10-year prison sentence on two counts and a maximum of 5 years on the third count. His sentencing date will be set later. In addition to these gun charges, Hunter Biden also faces charges in Los Angeles for failing to pay taxes on over $1.4 million in income over several years, with that trial set for September.
