A man who pulled a gun on a Chinese chef over a 'rock hard' sweet and sour pork meal has been sentenced to three and a half years jail. Newcastle district court heard David Shinner asked for his meal to be remade by a hunter valley chef and when that didn't happen, he produced a firearm.
