TATA Steel have officially announced that 2800 staff members will be lost over the next few years, with most of them expected from Port Talbot. The company blame millions of pounds of losses as well as green targets. The First Minister Mark Drakeford says he is disappointed and will carry on working to protect Welsh steel making.

Changes to the Senedd set to come into effect in 2026 could mean voters get less choice, according to a recent report. The new changes, which include an increase to 96 Senedd members, mean voters vote for parties rather than politicians, and there is concern people will be disconnected from their local Senedd members.

Recent research from claims.co.uk has found that Transport for Wales is among the worst in the UK for train cancellations, coming in at 7th out of 28 around the country. It also ranks just below average for trains running on time.
