A warrant of further detention has been granted for a 45-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder.

At Cheltenham Magistrates' Court earlier today (10) an additional 36 hours of detention was authorised.

It comes after a man in his 30s died after police were called to a house in Cinderford at 10.20pm on Friday.

Police said the victim and suspect are local residents known to each other.
