Recipe Appetizer
Make these cheesy stuffed buns using a japanese method named tangzhong ! Your buns will be so fluffy !
Ingredients:
Tangzhong :
- 1/2 cup water
- 2,5 Tbsp flour
- 2 + 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1+ 1/4 Tbsp milk powder
- 0,5 oz fresh yeast
- 1 oz softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- raclette cheese (or other cheese)
- pancetta
- 1 egg yolk
