Ingredients:
1. 3 - Burger Buns
2. 2 - Eggs
3. 4 cubes - Grated Cheese
5. ½ cup - Spinach
6. ¼ cup - Spring Onions
7. 1/3 cup - Sweetcorn
8. 1/3 cup - Tomato
9. Salt to taste

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Chop spinach, spring onions and tomato.
3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, half of the cheese, chopped veggies and sweet corn.
4. Using a knife, cut a hole in the center of all burger buns. Take care not to run the knife till the bottom. Remove the center while leaving the bottom untouched.
5. Spoon the egg mixture in the buns and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 25 mins.
