Federal Parliament is debating emergency legislation aimed at monitoring a group of more than 80 people released from immigration detention following a high court ruling. Some of the group are convicted criminals. Ankle bracelets, curfews and "tough restrictions on employment" are just some of the new rules that will soon be applied.
