Three high court challenges against the commonwealth's strict conditions for people released from immigration detention have been scrapped. The federal government rushed the legislation through parliament in the wake of a high court ruling on indefinite detention late last year. The government has now lifted the curfew and ankle bracelet conditions for the three plaintiffs.
