The cook of a fatal mushroom lunch is behind bars tonight having faced court for the first time charged with killing three of her guests and attempting to kill two others. Fresh court details reveal Erin Patterson is also accused of trying to murder her former partner on separate occasions over the course of two years, leading up to the deadly gathering.
