Accused triple murderer Erin Patterson’s case is facing lengthy delays with her lawyers wanting the matter to stay in the regional courts for now. That's despite a magistrate warning it could mean a committal hearing might not happen until next year. She briefly appeared today in a Latrobe Valley court for the first time since she was charged in November over a mushroom lunch which left three people dead and another gravely ill.
