CJI DY Chandrachud Case Hearing: सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (Chief Justice of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) के सामने एक ऐसी जनहित याचिका (Public Interest Litigation) आई, जिसपर महिला वकील ने ज़ोरदार ढंग से अपनी बात को रखा। लेकिन तभी सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI DY Chandrachud) ने हंसते हुए एक झटके में उस जनहित याचिका (PIL) को डिसमिस कर दिया। इससे महिला वकील (Women Advocate) सन्न रह गई। लेकिन इसके बाद सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) ने ऐसी बात कही, जो कई वकीलों को ज़रूर चुभी होगी। ये बात थी ही कुछ ऐसी, दरअसल इस देश में कानूनी प्रक्रिया में आने या कोर्ट (Court) कचहरी में पड़ने को लोग आमतौर से झमेला समझते हैं। ऐसा होने की वजह केसों पर पड़ने वाली तारीख पर तारीख। इस चक्कर में कुछ केस तो सालों साल तक चलते रहते हैं, जिससे केस लड़ने वाले पक्षकारों का समय और पैसा दोनों खर्च होता रहता है। दरअसल केस (Case) निपटाने के लिए बहस के बजाय वकीलों की दिलचस्पी रहती है, कि मामले में अगली तारीख ले ली जाए। सुप्रीम कोर्ट (SC) के जज (Judge) भी इस बात पर कई बार आपत्ति जता चुके हैं। (CJI) (CJI DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud) (Supreme Court) (Supreme Court Hearing) (CJI Chandrachud Statement)(Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Of India DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud)
