Treatment of urinary tract infection in dependence on the pH of the urine

In urinary tract infections, the pH of the urine is very important.
At acidic pH, the following drugs are active: natural and semi-synthetic penicillins, nitrofurantoin, nalidixic acid.
And at alkaline pH, the following drugs are active: gentamicin, kanamycin sulfate and erythromycin.
