In this video, we will see how to create agent campaign in ICTBroadcast.
Go to the Campaigns main menu, then click on campaign management menu and then click on Add New button on the list menu.
From the opened campaign types, select agent campaign. In the campaign form, enter the name for this new agent campaign, select contact group containing the phone numbers to which you want to broadcast this campaign, then select the agent extension number where the received calls will be transferred. You can customize settings for this campaign. For example, max concurrent calls, retry a number if it is not picked, and maximum duration of the call.

You can also schedule the campaign to run on specific days of week and time range and when campaign should stop.

Then click on the save button to start this campaign. You can also monitor a campaign that will show all the calls that are currently in progress. Results link in the campaign list shows campaign summary report in a pie chart. Campaign summary report shows answered, failed, and pending calls. Clicking on answered call link will show detail of the all answered calls.
