Paul Pelosi Pleads Guilty , to DUI Charge.
CNN reports that on Aug. 23, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence in May.
He was sentenced to five days in jail but
won't actually serve any more time.
Paul will receive credit for two days he previously served plus two conduct credit days.
The remaining day on his sentence will be served via a court work program. .
He'll pay about $1,700 in fines and
be on probation for three years. .
Judge Joseph Solga also ordered Paul to have an interlock ignition device installed on his car for a year and go to a drinking-driver class for three months. .
