Heavy rain lashed Rudraprayag district on June 29. Waterlogging occurred at several parts of the district as pathways and roads got inundated due to rain.

Speaking about the heavy downpour, Rudraprayag SP Ayush Agarwal said, “We have made all the arrangements including identification of landslide-prone zones. SDRF teams also deployed.”
