The political situation in Maharashtra is continuously being twisted. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, representing Shiv Sena in the Supreme Court in his final argument stated that either the speaker should make his decision or the floor test should be postponed.

This comes after the Udhhav Thackeray government challenged the floor test appeal.
