The Allahabad High Court has said in a major decision that after the registration of FIR in matrimonial cases, police action will not be taken against the accused named for the cooling period of two months. इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने एक बड़े फैसले में कहा है कि वैवाहिक मामलों में FIR दर्ज होने के बाद दो महीने के कूलिंग पीरियड तक नामजद आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी या उनके खिलाफ पुलिस की कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी. आप को बता दें जस्टिस राहुल चतुर्वेदी ने मुकेश बंसल उनकी पत्नी मंजू बंसल और बेटे साहिब बंसल की ओर से दायर पुनरीक्षण याचिका पर सुनवाई के बाद ये आदेश पारित किया.
