Pull-ups can sound impossible to some or others just can't get past the 10 rep range. I want your goals to happen soon, and better than you expect. Add the following exercises I provided in this video to your workout routine. Try these new ways of getting your pullup goals made.
Remember to get a great warmup before pullups as they are challenging and all muscles in your upper body need to be ready. I cooldown and stretch after the whole workout not during.
