अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह (Andaman and Nicobar Islands) में मंगलवार को चक्रवात आसनी (cyclone Asani) का काफी प्रभाव दिख सकता है। उत्तरी अंडमान सागर पर गहरा दबाव बन गया है। मौसम विभाग (Meteorological Department) ने कहा है कि ये दबाव मंगलवार को तेज होकर चक्रवाती तूफान में बदल सकता है। भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने भविष्यवाणी की कि अगले 36 घंटों में उत्तरी अंडमान में भारी से बहुत भारी बारिश (heavy rainfall) होने की संभावना है।

The Andaman and Nicobar Islands may see a lot of impact of Cyclone Asani on Tuesday. Deep pressure has formed over North Andaman Sea. The Meteorological Department has said that this pressure can intensify into a cyclonic storm on Tuesday. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted that there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rain over North Andaman in the next 36 hours.
