State Bank of India has changed the recruitment rules for pregnant women candidates to provide better facilities to its customers. According to the bank, under the new rules, a pregnant female employee of more than 3 months cannot join the job. In the guideline, such an employee has been described as 'temporarily unfit'. At the same time, the Delhi Commission for Women has issued a notice to the State Bank of India to prevent pregnant women of more than three months from going to work.

State Bank of India ने अपने ग्राहकों को बेहतर सुविधा देने के लिए गर्भवती महिला उम्मीदवारों के लिए भर्ती नियमों में बदलाव कर दिया है। बैंक के मुताबिक नए नियमों के तहत 3 महीने से अधिक की गर्भवती महिला कर्मचारी नौकरी ज्वाइन नहीं कर सकती. गाइडलाइन में ऐसी कर्मचारी को 'अस्थायी रूप से अनफिट' बताया गया है. वहीं अब Delhi Commission for Women ने तीन महीने से अधिक की गर्भवती महिलाओं को काम पर जाने से रोकने के लिए भारतीय स्टेट बैंक को नोटिस जारी किया
