Less than a month after a government crackdown resulted in Indonesian fishing boats being burned at sea, it appears foreign fishing crews have returned to Australia's northern waters with gusto. Fresh footage obtained by the ABC shows Indonesian crewmen waving and smiling as they illegally collect seafood within a protected marine park of Kimberley coast.
