The Supreme Court has given a big decision regarding the OBC reservation in the local body elections in Maharashtra. Reservation will not be available. Sc said that this reservation has been given without collecting the necessary data. In such a situation, now get these seats also considered as normal seats.

महाराष्ट्र में स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव में ओबीसी रिजर्वेशन को लेकर देश की सर्वोच्च अदालत ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाया है.सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने महाराष्ट्र सरकार की OBC को 27 फीसदी आरक्षण की अधिसूचना को अपने एक फैसले में रद्द कर दिया है.ऐसे में अब महाराष्ट्र में स्थानीय चुनाव में ओबीसी आरक्षण नहीं मिल पाएगा.अपने फैसले में Sc ने कहा कि ज़रूरी आंकड़े जुटाए बिना यह आरक्षण दिया गया है.ऐसे में अब इन सीटों को भी सामान्य सीट मानते हुए चुनाव करवाएं.सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि राज्य चुनाव आयोग तुरंत एक अधिसूचना भी जारी करे कि OBCआरक्षण सीटों को सामान्य सीट माना जाएगा.
