A new revelation has come to light today in the bomb blast outside the Delhi High Court in 2011. A Pakistani terrorist, caught from the Laxminagar area on Monday, has revealed that he had conducted a recce of the area before the blast outside the Delhi High Court. On 7 September 2011, 15 people were killed in a blast between Gate No 4 and 5 of the Delhi High Court. The Special Cell of Delhi Police has revealed about the same.
