The Delhi High Court has backed the implementation of a Uniform Civil Code in the country. While hearing a case, Justice Pratibha M Singh said that the Uniform Civil Code should be implemented in the country. At the same time, she said that the hope that has been expressed in the Constitution for the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code now needs to be converted into reality.
